Minerva Imaging is a fast-growing and entrepreneurial-driven CRO with the ambition to be the globally leading CRO in our area of expertise. We aim to excel in delivering customized cancer radiopharmaceutical research and serve as an extended research team for our collaborators.
In order to expand our imaging facility, we are looking for a Medical Imaging Physicist
who shares our passion, drive, and energy for imaging in oncology and cardiovascular research.
As a medical imaging physicist, you will advance our imaging capabilities and ensure high quality in our SPECT and PET studies. You will take responsibility for the daily operation of our PET and SPECT scanners, develop and implement new imaging protocols and ensure data quality from acquisition to data reporting. As a key expert, you will guide and drive the acquisition of new imaging equipment for our new facility and ensure timely and efficient installation in the laboratory. Depending on your background you will engage in the operation of our cyclotron and take part in our radiation protection and safety compliance.Your Profile
- Experience in PET/SPECT imaging and preferably operation of cyclotrons
- Experience with MRI is a plus
- Familiarity with image and data processing
- Project management experience
- Experience in regulated environments is a plus
- Used to work in an interdisciplinary team and are interested in medical applications
- Dosimetry calculations
- Team player
- Problem-solving and make it work attitude
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced and service-oriented organization
- Background in relevant education e.g. physics
- Ph.D. or equivalent relevant work experience
- English in oral and written is required
